INCLUDES: - Rental of White Stand (can hold sign size up to 18x24) - Sign (18x24) Sign file can be sent to backyardcx@gmail.com; must be sent 20 days before event start date - 8FT Balloon Garland, high-quality balloon sizes will range between 5 to 18 inches - Any balloon colors, up to 3 colors - Add-ons are available - Balloon garlands are created for indoor events, please notify if event is outdoor event - Starting at $250.00 * If any questions, please call/text 863-251-9888 or email backyardcx@gmail.com SET-UP/PICKUP: - Set-up is included; however, Delivery fees (from 33809) are separate. PAYMENT/DEPOSIT: - A Deposit is required to book the appointment; remaining amount will be invoiced to customer after finalizing plans and selections - Final payment is due 7 days before day of event - Payment methods accepted are cash, credit card and/or Paypal REMOVAL: - BackyardCX will pickup stand when event is over. Balloon garland is the responsibility of client. All materials are disposable, unless otherwise advised. DELIVERY FEE: - Business is located in Lakeland, FL 33809 area. Delivery fee will be based from this location. This amount will be listed on the final invoice. CANCELLATION POLICY: - For a full refund, the deadline to submit your request is 7 days prior to the event date. Please send email request to cancel or reschedule at backyardcx@gmail.com or call 863-215-9888. - Requests received after this deadline are subject to forfeit the deposited amount. - No Refund of monies paid if cancel the day of event. - Please send your request by email or call 863-215-9888. Please consider your order canceled or changed only when you have received a confirmation by email. SEVERE WEATHER POLICY: - In the event of forecasted severe weather, BackyardCX will contact the customer via phone at least 48 hours prior to delivery to reconfirm, postpone, or cancel/refund the order. - If BackyardCX is unable to deliver an order due to inclement weather, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to arrange rescheduling or cancellation and refund.
