Rental Description

INCLUDES: - High-quality balloon sizes (select up to 5 colors of balloons for rainbow) - Rainbow approx. 6FT x 4FT - Balloon garlands are created for indoor events, please notify if setup is outdoors - Add-ons are available at additional cost Add to bounce house and only $225.00! SET-UP/PICKUP: - Setup and Delivery Fees are not included and added as a travel fee to invoice. PAYMENT/DEPOSIT: - A $150 Deposit is required to book the appointment; remaining amount will be invoiced to customer after finalizing plans and selections - Final payment is due 7 days before day of event - Payment methods accepted are credit card and/or Paypal REMOVAL: - Clients will keep the custom balloon garland. All materials are disposable, unless otherwise advised. DELIVERY/TRAVEL FEE: - Delivery fee is separate and will be charged from 33809. This amount will be listed on the final invoice. CANCELLATION POLICY: - For a full refund of monies paid, the deadline to submit your request is 7 days prior to the event date. Please send email request to cancel, reschedule at backyardcx@gmail.com or call 863-251-9888. - Cancellation / Reschedule requests received after this deadline are subject to forfeit deposit paid. - No Refund of monies paid if cancel the day of event. - Please send your request by email or call 863-251-9888. Please consider your order canceled or changed only when you have received a confirmation by email. SEVERE WEATHER POLICY: - If outside event and in the event of forecasted severe weather, BackyardCX will contact the customer via phone at least 48 hours prior to delivery to reconfirm, postpone, or reschedule event. - If BackyardCX is unable to deliver an order due to inclement weather, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to arrange rescheduling and/or refund. *Pink Bounce House is rented separately.
