Includes: - 6FT Professional Balloon Garland - High-quality balloon sizes ranging between 5 to 18 inches (select up to 2 colors) - Set-up of Balloon Garland (attach garland to bounce house, bubble house, or install where the client desires) - Add-ons are available for additional cost ***Can be added to any bounce house/inflatable bubble/waterslide booking for $150.00.*** DELIVERY/TRAVEL FEE: - If balloon garland is ordered separately, the delivery fee will be charged from 33809. This amount will be listed on the final invoice. PAYMENT/DEPOSIT: - A Deposit is required to book the appointment; remaining amount will be invoiced to customer after finalizing plans and selections - Final payment is due 7 days before day of event - Payment methods accepted are cash, credit card and/or Paypal REMOVAL: - Removal is only for clients that booked other services, such as bounce house and/or inflatable bubble from BackyardCX. Clients will keep the custom balloon arch. All materials are disposable, unless otherwise advised. CANCELLATION POLICY: - For a full refund of monies paid, the deadline to submit your request is 7 days prior to the event date. Please send email request to cancel, reschedule at backyardcx@gmail.com or call 863-251-9888. - Cancellation / Reschedule requests received after this deadline are subject to forfeit deposit paid. - No Refund of monies paid if cancel the day of event. - Please send your request by email or call 863-251-9888. Please consider your order canceled or changed only when you have received a confirmation by email. SEVERE WEATHER POLICY: - If outside event and in the event of forecasted severe weather, BackyardCX will contact the customer via phone at least 48 hours prior to delivery to reconfirm, postpone, or reschedule event. - If BackyardCX is unable to deliver an order due to inclement weather, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to arrange rescheduling and/or refund.
